Many times we have received from our customers questions such as – “are there no activities for children?”, “can children under 14 visit the gyms?” etc. The answer is already positive! This month we are launching Next Level Kids – group activities for children between 8 and 13 years old in our clubs in Mladost and Druzhba.

Attention! Classes are completely free! How come free? There must be some catch. No, there is no catch.

Classes are free because we believe that movement is one of the most important components of a healthy body and a fresh mind. Because children deserve to have other entertainment besides mobile phones and tablet screens. Because sport should be accessible to everyone.

What is Next Level KIDS?

Hey hands, hey two, let’s practice!

Where where? In Next Level Druzhba and in Next Level Mladost with our wonderful highly qualified coaches Lyubamira Shosheva and Hristo Marinov.

We have prepared interesting and fun group activities for all children between the ages of 8 and 13. Set an example for the little ones that fun can be educational and useful with Hristo’s kickboxing training, and Lyuba has prepared a variety of functional training.

Kids classes will be held on Saturdays and Sundays, so that the children can relax the tension of the classes, and you don’t have to worry that you have work obligations.

Keep in mind, however, that places are limited. In order for the group activities to be complete and to pay enough attention to each child, each group will consist of 10 children.

To reserve a training spot for your child, you must have an account on our website or app. You can visit the schedule for Mladost here and for Druzhba here.

• Are you already our customer with a subscription or MultiSport card and have you registered? Awesome! Just enter the group activities, find the day and time convenient for you and reserve a place.
• You don’t have an active subscription with us or a MultiSport card, but you want your child to participate? We’ve thought about that too. Register on our site completely free of charge and reserve a place. When you bring the child to the chosen activity in Druzhba or in Youth for the first time, the reception will activate a free Next Level Kids subscription in your account and you will be able to use it in the future.

*Since children’s activities are completely free, even if you have a MultiSport card, it is only used for the purpose of reserving a place for the child in the group, without checking in at reception. This means that on the same day you can also visit our or another fitness club or sports facility for training.

Apart from the obvious – that the child will be healthier and happier when he participates in physical activities, he uses up a lot of the accumulated energy. As a result, at home it will be calm and full of funny stories from the meeting with the coach or friends from the group. During this time, you had time for your favorite book, tidying the otherwise always messy apartment, going for a walk with friends, exercising or just sitting in silence.

Do you want to be close to the child, just in case? We understand you! Why not have a cup of warm coffee in peace in our cozy protein bar with a book in hand? Why don’t you do a workout in our gym? Our fitness clubs offer first-class equipment as well as group classes for adults. This way you will pay the necessary attention to your body and not worry about who will look after the little one. On the contrary, he will be nearby and you will have complete control over the situation.
