Les Mills CORE

Les Mills CORE is a medium to high intensity workout. The training focuses on loading the abdominal area. Firms, tones and supports balance and mobility. The training is challenging, but its results are visible after only a few visits. The workout duration has two different durations. You choose whether to join the one that is 30 minutes or 45 minutes. The workout is suitable for everyone! This class is 45 minutes long!
