Pilates is a workout that is a mix of calanetics, ballet and yoga exercises that are performed against the background of relaxing music. Pilates is a refreshing workout for the mind and body. All movements during Pilates are performed smoothly, in order to achieve a balance between mind and body. In Pilates, the quality of the movement is judged by the amount of repetitions, and proper breathing reduces daily stress.
