Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with your workouts, isn’t it? Or do you feel going to the gym is more of an obligation than taking care of you and your body? Loss of motivation is a common problem that we’ve all faced at some point in our “journey” to being healthy and fit. You are not alone!
“Excuses burn 0 calories.”
What if instead of making excuses why not to workout, you did a short 10-15 minute workout?
Pick 2 or 3 motivational pieces and just get moving while they go on the player. You can do it at home too. No, this type of workout won’t give you your dream abs, but it will make you feel fresher and… it can act as a motivator to keep going at the gym.
Remember – even a short workout is better than no workout!
“Don’t stop when you are tired, stop when you have achieved your goal.”
The only difference between people who achieve their goals and those who fail is that the former continue even beyond their limits. At least a tiny bit beyond them! Every day. It’s inevitable to feel fatigue during a workout, or that one exercise is more difficult than another. However, stopping is simply not an option.
Stopping for a bit to recover – yes, of course!
Only those who continue again afterwards and remain consistent in their workouts start to see results. Don’t let the temporary discomfort be stronger than your goal – to be the stronger version of yourself.
“Don’t dream about a beautiful body, work for it.”
Dreams are a great thing, but they’ll stay that way until you make them a reality.
Just dreaming about something is not enough to achieve it. Muscles don’t grow overnight with dreams alone. Work hard in the gym every day and you will imperceptibly see your dreams become reality.

If you don’t have a gym membership yet, be sure to check out our suggestions and choose the right one for your routine and goals.
“Don’t work out because you hate your body, work out because you love your body.”
All your possessions – your clothes, your accessories, your car, everything can be replaced with something else. Not your body. It is unique, irreplaceable and… beautiful! Love it and take care of it. Keep it healthy and fit.
Exercise is the best and easiest kind of self-care. It shouldn’t be a hateful punishment for not liking yourself, but on the contrary – a gifted moment of pleasure and an investment in your better self.
And speaking of your better self, we’ve got some compelling reasons for you to take care of your bombshell butt today. Check them out and get to the gym!
“If you want something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done.”
Change comes with challenges. Working out more than 1 time a week will probably be a challenge for you, but it’s the only way to get in the better shape you secretly want.
Dreaming of beautiful abs? Make changes in your lifestyle to achieve it. If your diet and workout routine hasn’t worked so far, then get out of your comfort zone. Don’t be afraid to change your routine or even hire a personal trainer to help you. Do it at a pace that is comfortable for you. Small steps in the right direction mean more than no steps. Don’t stay stagnant and take on challenges boldly.
“Someone much busier than you is currently training.”
“I’m too busy, I don’t have time to workout.” is probably the most commonly used excuse. The truth is, it’s not about time, it’s about your priorities. You will always be able to find time for the things that are important to you.
The people you always see at the gym aren’t any freer. They just prioritize their workouts more than you do.
If your big goal is to get fit, give up other activities that take up your time on a daily basis but don’t lead you to your goal, and start working out more.
How much time a day do you spend in front of your smartphone screen? Our result is 2:30 pm! And if we spent just 1:30 of that time working out at the gym, we’d be fitter, more beautiful, and most importantly, happier!
“Your body achieves what your mind believes in.”
Myopia is the key to everything.
You are capable of achieving anything your mind accepts and believes. Your body and muscles control your movements, but the mind controls the whole body.
Negative tuning before training will not produce positive results. Relax your mind first, take a deep breath, smile and walk into the gym believing that a great workout and great results await you.
“The hardest part of a workout is getting started.”
Have you ever noticed that getting yourself to start working out is harder than the workout itself?
Stop making up excuses and assignments to delay your workout a little longer. Don’t promise yourself you’ll do it tomorrow. Start today!
Bring your yoga mat home, or take a walk to the gym to get some exercise in before the real part. We promise it gets a lot easier the moment you start. Just do it!
“The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen.”
You don’t have to spend more than an hour in the gym to note that you “trained hard.” You also don’t have to work out every day if it’s too much strain on your body.
It’s good to be motivated by the results of others, but never ignore your own body’s signals. Train at your own pace. It is important not to give up. Even just 15 minutes in the gym will do you better than 0.
“Train hard, reach your goals.”
At the end of the day all that matters is what you really want. Want to change your physique? Do you want to have more energy?
Or do you want to stay where you are now? It’s wonderful and extremely important to like yourself. However, we believe that you can always be better, and that one improves oneself throughout life. We do it every day. If you’re working towards that too, we look forward to seeing you in one of our rooms to turn your goals into achievements together!
